Matthew Zerah, PT, DPT, ATC is originally from Long Island, NY and developed a passion for Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine at a young age. Due to a traumatic shoulder injury his freshman year of college, Dr. Zerah understands from personal experience the stress of missing sport as a result of injury. He used his injury as motivation to earn his Bachelor of Science Degree in Athletic Training at SUNY Brockport. Following graduation, he worked as an Outreach Athletic Trainer providing treatment and rehabilitation to athletes with the NY Cosmos professional soccer team and local schools.

Matthew attended Gannon University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy Program and graduated in 2018. Dr. Zerah loves to work with active and motivated individuals from professional athletes to weekend warriors. He currently works with several MLB/NFL athletes, developing rehabilitation and injury prevention programs during their off-season. Using a unique approach that blends performance training, traditional rehab, and manual therapy techniques, Dr. Zerah develops and individualized plan of care to every person that comes into his office. In his free time, he stays active playing sports, enjoying the outdoors, traveling, and most of all spending time with his wife and son.
